NEWFELPRO stories: Tomaš Kliment and the Geoinformatics

Tomáš Kliment is a NEWFELPRO's experienced researcher who will finish his two year long project titled  "Crosswalking the layers of geospatial information resources to enable a borderless geospatial web (BOLEGWEB)" at the Faculty of Geodesy of the University of Zagreb. 

NEWFELPRO's success stories: Maja Hrabak Paar and cardiac radiology

Maja Hrabak Paar is another NEWFELPRO researcher who successfully implemented her sixteen month long project titled projekt Cardiovascular remodeling in patients with arterial hypertension (CARAHY).
During the outgoing phase of her project, dr. Hrabak Paar did her research at Universitätsspital Basel under the guidance of Professor Jens Bremerich. She concluded her research and her return phase at the University of Zagreb's School of Medicine.
 

NEWFELPRO's success stories: Nikola Sandrić and Levy process

Nikola Sandrić is one of the first NEWFELPRO fellows in the outgoing scheme who successfully finished with the implementation of his 16 month long project titled Sample Path Properties of Lévy-Type Processes (SPPLTP). He spent his outgoing phase at the Technical University Dresden (Germany) and his return phase of the project at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Zagreb.

NEWFELPRO's successful stories: Karmela Krleža Jerić and access to clinical trials data

Karmela Krleža Jerić, one of NEWFELPRO's senior researchers in the reintegration scheme is currently implementing her two year long project „IMProving Access to Clinical Trials dana: observatory of   ongoing transition in clinical research regarding data sharing; opportunities and barriers (IMPACT)“ at the School of Medicine of University of Split. 

Successful stories: Vaia Prassa and nuclear energy density functionals

One of the first NEWFELPRO’s researchers in the incoming scheme, Vaia Prassa, is conducting the last phase of her project Next-generation nuclear energy density functionals (NextG-DFT) at the Faculty of Science of University of Zagreb under the mentorship of Professor Dario Vretenar.
