Eligibility Check – Outgoing Fellowship Scheme

At the time of the call deadline, researchers must:

• be in possession of a doctoral degree, or
• have at least four years of full-time equivalent (FTE) research experience, measured from the date when a researcher obtained the degree, which would formally entitle him or her to embark on a doctorate, either in the country in which the degree was obtained or in the country in which the research training is provided.

Researchers, who meet the aforementioned criteria, must:

• have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Croatia for at least two (2) years continuously prior to the call deadline.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION:

• Application form;
• A budget plan for the requested project costs;
• CV of the applicant;
• CV of the Senior tutor;
• Letter of commitment of the host organization to administer the proposed research project;
• Letter of commitment of the applicant’s Sending organization to support applicant’s stay at Host organization and to administer the proposed research project in return phase of project;
• Two letters of recommendations;
• Personal and professional development plan of project applicant, prepared in cooperation with the candidate and the host.

The anticipated grant costs are calculated in gross amount. Net amount will be calculated in accordance with specific host country rules. In the outgoing fellowship scheme, the countries’ correction coefficient of the People Work Programme is to be applied on gross amount of living allowance, in accordance with the correction coefficient of the host country.

Fellows shall sign an employment contract in accordance with national regulations and their engagement shall also be in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct.
