NEWFELPRO workshop took place at Ministry of Science, Education and Sports (MSES) on 10 February 2014.  Presentation and discussion about the changes of the call documentation and guidelines for web application for electronic submission of project proposals was led by Aleksandra Čolić Kovač and Damir Šoh from the NEWFELPRO Secretariat.

Fourty-two participants attended the workshop. Participants were mostly from the University of Zagreb (Faculty of Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Faculty of Teacher Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry), the University of Rijeka (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences), the University of Split (Faculty of Science), and the University of J. J. Strossmayer in Osijek (Faculty of Agriculture). A number of participants from scientific research institutes attended the workshop (Ruđer Bošković Institute, Institute for Social Research Ivo Pilar, Institute of Croatian Language and Linguistics, Institute of Philosophy, Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health, Institute of Anthropology).

Participants were informed about the technical details of application process regarding certain fellowship schemes. After a large number of questions, the discussion that followed was very fruitful.
