Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia (MSES) seeks international experts in all scientific areas to evaluate project proposals under NEWFELPRO project for the project proposals applied for the second Call for Proposals (http://newfelpro.hr/default.aspx?id=73).
Qualified experts will individually, remotely review project proposals covering a wide range of studies in their specific disciplines.
The main criteria used for selecting experts are:

The main criteria used for selecting experts are:
- A PhD degree;
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years acquired in the scientific topics in a relevant field (number of publications, number of international project leads, H index, Citation index);
- An appropriate working knowledge of English language;
- Previous experience as evaluator at an international level is an advantage;
- Available references.
In accordance with current procedures, the names of the evaluators will be kept anonymous. Evaluators will receive projects for evaluation based on their area of expertise.
Once selected, evaluators agree to terms and conditions of a Letter of appointment. Evaluators must accept a Code of conduct for experts appointed as evaluators, and accept a Confidentiality and conflict of interest declaration.
